If so, the DesignTO Youth 'Story Story' workshop series is the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Program

DesignTO Youth: 'Story Story' is the sixth edition of a program dedicated to providing youth with access to creative disciplines and professionals. This workshop series, consisting of 5 virtual sessions, is designed to help you explore the power of storytelling through various mediums.

Program Highlights:

Interactive Sessions: Engage in artist talks, interactive discussions, and creative exercises.

Narrative Exploration: Learn how to find and tell small, compelling stories in unconventional ways.

Skill Development: Receive valuable input to develop your unique voice and turn personal experiences into art and design.

Workshop Details

Dates: Tuesdays - September 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2024

Time: 5:30-7:30pm ET

Format: Online (2 hours each week) + 1 optional in-person networking meet-up

Eligibility: Ontario residents aged 18-29, no prior experience necessary

Exhibition Opportunity!

Participants in the 'Story Story' workshop series will have the chance to apply for a group exhibition during the 15th annual DesignTO Festival in January 2025. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your work in a gallery in Toronto!
